What Is Meditation?
Meditation is the cause of inner peace and the most powerful method to positively change your mind. Buddhist meditation helps you develop states of mind that promote lasting peace and well-being, and to initially reduce and ultimately eliminate states of mind that cause you problems.

How meditation helps you
Through various meditation exercises you can relax, let go of negative thoughts and painful feelings and take on new perspectives. You will experience that your mind – and therefore yourself – becomes more flexible and feels lighter. Less critical, both of yourself and of others. Instead, more loving, clearer, calmer. There are many other benefits that you can experience for yourself. Meditation is therefore a real enrichment for everyone, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist.
